There has been an unprecedented interest in my posting yesterday after Chxta linked up the story and it spread like wild-fire.

As a matter of interest, I followed the trail of the post through most forums and saw how Chxta vehemently stood his ground. First, to defend the authenticity of the posting. Second, to defend the information contained there in, which many observed was dated.

Sadly, Chxta took the post down today and was short of rendering apologies to a few individuals that he was meant to understand were offended by the posting. That to me, is a failure by Chxta to stand up for “it” (the truth) no matter who ass is gored.

As, I have tried to maintain since yesterday in a few forums that allowed my postings. The truth has to be told and that is; there is problem in the system and failure have not be totally averted. It does not matter whether you as a student in the university is hurting or not. I happen to be one of such students, hurting or not is of no consequence here; however, our right to know then and now remains paramount.

That right of knowledge equally extends to those that have knowingly been recruited within the period under review. Hiding the health of these institutions from them is criminal and should be treated as such. Hence, no one out there has the audacity to criminalize Chxta as the messenger of a message that is worth every word in it.

Non of the respondent in the posting came through to me as a serious minded person, and i can unabashedly say they were all passers by and Chxta should not have bothered about there rantings.

Should Chxta need me, I will stand on the same ground with him to defend the posting. As for the Universities, whether healthy or not; both returning and prospective students have the right to know.

Finally, to the government in power; we are at your mercy, top up fees will be child’s play if the looming disaster is not averted.
